W. Jones's). Amongst the more nrominently displayed, books are some showing anatomical plates of the horse, cow and sheep, respectively. The Levin agents for 'Ximnio and Blair (Sims Xoveky Hardware Co.) ■are in receipt of a fine lot of new season's seeds, 'and of a •comprehensive range of poultry foods. Three fine samples of granite grit were amongst the linos shown to a Chronicle representative - this mtomin , ?. and there also were good samples of oyster grit and of "game and poultry meal" amongst the lines, fllood meal and meat meal are other lines amongst the shipment just received. The proprietor reports that they have been, "selling like hot cakes" ever since lie landed them on-Satur-day last.
