ANOTHER RICHMOND IN THE FIELD.
Mn Byron Brown informs us that he has received official information from the Opposition, .party itliat Mr Monckton has been selected' as the Opposition candidate. Mr Brown will also be an Opposition, candidate, and will again, as ho did last election eontest the seat without mentioning the names of his opponents from - the platform. He will run on the same lines as last time, and will take an oarly opportunity of opening the campaign.
