A further series of native outrages on women and reprisals by the whites is reported from different parts of the country. An organised attempt has been made at Port Elizabeth -to lynch a native guilty of a criminal assault on a girl. The police at Borgville. Natal, frustrated an attempt to lynch a native for attempting to criminally assault two ladies.
Lewis, a leading citizen of Bulnwayo, killed a native who was accused of indecency towards his little girls.
