STOCK REPORT. Messrs Abraham and Williams report:—At our Palmerston ease on Thursday, the 18th instant, a good yarding of sheep came forward, but the demand was very limited, and bidding at auction was practically lifeless. A fair amount of business was done after the sale, and the bulk of the entry changed hands at the following quotations:— Store wethers, 11s 3d; mixed, aged ewes, in lamb, 9sT>d!; forward empty ewes, 8s 9d; store lambs, Os to 6s Id; light fat rows, £5 2s 6d; store cows, £2 10s to £3 3s; 2-year heifers, in calf, £o 13s 6d.
