Tt is generally recognised that the recommendations are highly important, and that tho enormous cost will he a stumbling block. Federal .Ministers are reticent. Mr Poarco (Federal Minister of Defence) says that the Government has already made the start in appointing a Naval Board to deal with other points that may arise.
