THE HANDICAPS. Levin's sports - to be Tield on St. Patrick's Day (Friday next)- promise to bo eminently successful. Largo entries have been received, as the handicap details subjoined clearly show. In connection with tlho sports an official programme will oe issued, and sold for the stun of sixpence a book. This is sure to p. ovi a great convenience to the public, as it will enable them to recognise every competitor. A J':r;'r - tire number will be worn h - <vh starter in each event, and <-he programme will give full part-nail us of names and numbers.
