At the bowling green the following singles wero played for the Gunning gold medal:— Esson heat Olsen, 18-22. Roach beat Olsen, 6-29. Bsson beat Gunning, 11—21. Roach beat Gunning, 14—21. LATVK , TENNIS.

The Lawn Tennis Clul> had a "red letter" day. Before commencing .play the members of the dub satheded round the flagpole. the unavoidable absence of Mr Carter (the vice-presfdent) who bad pivsentod the new flag.
