SUPREME COURT.
NAPIER, This Day. In addressing the Grand Jury at the opening of the Supremo • Court to-day, Sir Robert Stout regretted that he could not congratulate the district on the smallness of the calendar, which comprised ohm-ges against thirteen prisoners, though none of the cases were of a serious nature. Decrees nisi were granted, in the following cases .-—Nellie Burnett O'Reilly v. Edward O'Reilly, desertion ; Robert Loosemore William v. Emma Mona William and Redmond Everad (co-respondent), adultery; Minnie Brock v. Henry Brock, desertion.
