USE OF BICYCLES CONDEMNED

£PER PRESS ASSOCIATION .J (Received Tins Day, 9.45 a.m.) LONDON, February 17. The Amalgamated Society of Carpenters and Joiners, by a majority of 10,000, have resolved not to use bicycles during working Ibours, fearing that unless tlio practice is checked it would become incumbent on the men to provide bicycles, in addition to ordinary kit.
