Proposal to Borrow £1200 for completion of the Waterworks Scheme and for further extensions. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that in pursuance and exercise of powers vested in it by " The Municipal Corporations Aot, 1908," and " The Local Bodies Loans Act, 1908," and the Acts amending tihe same, respectively, the Levin Borough Council proposes to raise a Loan of £1200 for completion of the Waterworks Scheme, and for further extensions; and.as security for and to provide interest and other charges on the Loan, to strike an annual recurring rate of 1-15 of Id in the £ on the capital value of all the rateable properties in the wihole of the Borough of Levin for a period of 36J years, or until the Loan is fully paid off. It is further proposed to pay out of Loan the cost of raising same, and the first year's interest on the Loan. P. W. GOLDSMITH, 77-4w. Town Clerk.
