Pigs and Poultry.—The market on Friday, 11th inst., did not show any advance for porkers, but as we predicted in our last report, store pigs were in good demand at advanced prices. As soon as the bacon factories commence operations, there is certain to be a pood demand for baconers, which are very scarce at the present time. This will not have any effect on th© Dork market as far as we can ascertain. There should, however, be a "w>d market for porkers throughout the season, as owing to tho rearing of a Inrsa number of dairy calves this season, tho supply of pork is very m'jeh sirn Her than was the. case last venr.
