This year, we are pleasedfo state, the number of entries is the largest th afl has ever been received, and beats last year's record by over fifty. As "already stated in a former issue the dairy cattle classes are filled up beyond expectation. Seventeen farmers arc competing as to whom shall bo given the honour of having the best cow in the district: and the judge, MrS. Standon, will have a (heavy, morning's work in deciding this point. Tn the heifer classes good entries have been received : the total in the dairy classes altogether make up /to sixty entries, fully twenty hotter than la.sf year. Tn the pig classes, although ffood en/tries ihiavc come forward, they do not roach t?ie phenomenal nominations which tho Association received in this class in 1910. and it was hardly to bo expected thait this would happen. But rrood brooders are represented, and the exhibition in this class will be an excellent nnc. "With regard *to sheep, it is fullv anticipated that as mnny rvens in this clnss will he exhibited as last. year.
