Thomas Hiuuber, founder of Iluinhors, Limited, cycle and_ motor manufacturers, has died at Kingston on Hhames, in his seventieth year. His life constitutes a romance of trade and invention. He 'began his career as a mechanic, and, applying practical knowledge to inventive genius, he evolved the first number evele from the velocipede, and laid Itlie foundation for the vast cycle industry of the present day.
