LEVIN AUCTIONEERING 00. The Levin Auctioneering Company report having hold successful sales on Saturday. At their yards they offered Mr \V. Johnson's dairy cattle and excellent prices were realised The top price for cows was £9 ss, otihers making £7 17s 6d, £7 15s, and Go 10s. A line of 15-month heifers made £3 15s each, and a bull £2 10s. At the Central Mart, tho firm held a sale of furniture, fruilfc and sundries, and effected a. clearance at satisfactory prices. Fruit sold 'particulurlv well. Quotations: Plums, 2s 10d. 3s 3d, 3s (5:1 to 3s 9d; apricots ss; apples, 2s 3d. all for half-cases: grnpe.s lOd per lb: strawberries, Is per lb: poHatrcs. 5s 9d per _e\vt. Furniture and sundries met with a ready sale. Further consignments of fruit are and: will ho sold as they" arrive.
