Tho Times' correspondent at Athens states that Roumania has promised to uiobolise on the Bulgarian frontier in the event of a TurkoBulgarian war, thus savins Turkey from sending further Asiatic troops to the Bulgarian and Greek frontiers. A circular, issued by the Minister of AVar, offers unserviceable rifles and carbines to cadets at n shilling each and serviceable weapons at ten shillings each, and bayonets at sixpence.
