A letter was rend from Mr Wilfred Blunt advocating a boycott of British goods. Mir Dillon and Mr Kettle. M.'sP., also wrote supporting the Nationalist movement. Tho Congress hns adjourned. The police forbade them marching through tho streets in connection with the Belgian Independence fete.
(Qhroiiicio Note: Mr Wilfred S. Blunt ba sbcpn associated with practically every anti British movement during the Inst 40 years. He ha,s written books of a most virulent character denouncing British rule in Egypt. He has advocated rebellion in that country and spouted sedition from scores of English platforms.)
