The Trades Congress • (which is sitting at Sheffield) denounced international blaeklegging, condemned railway amalgamation, and demanded the nationalisation of railways. The Congress adopted A resolution welcoming the payment of nienrbors, but declining to recognise this as a solution of tlie Osborne case.
This will defer the debate on the Osb'orne judgment.
