Some of the above train® will atop at intermediate stations, such as Tokomaru, Ohau, Manakau, Ta Horo, etc.; but there are «ome which do not. Residents should acquaint themselves with the trains which do stop at their particular stations. Local residents may ascertain which are the trains which cater for their towns, and may then work out, from the above figures, the time which the train will take to travel from the station immediately preceding. The Auckland express readies Palmerston, from the North, at 12.40 p.m. and arrives at Thorndon at 4.7 p.m. The Auckland express leaves Thorudon at 12.15 p.m. and reaches Palmerston at 3.35 p.m.
