Attempted Suicide.
[per I'RESS association.] PALMEKSTOX X., Tliis Day. A man whose name is at present unknown, .attempted to commit suicide in the Square this mining '•by-cutting bis throat with a razor. Last night he helped himself to a ibeckooni in the Grand Hotel, but was discovered by the porter when attempting to leave the hotel premises at (5 this morning. information was given to tlhe police and the atempt at suicide was made 'when tlhe 'man was being brought iby the police back to the hotel to have the mater investigated. Only flesh wounds were inflicted, and no serious results are anticipated.
