That no entry will bo received for any race excepting on this condition :--That all disputes, claims and objections arising out of tho races shall be decided by a majority of the stewards, or those they mav appoint, and their decision upon all points connected with the carrving out. of tho programme shall be final. 2. All entries to be sealed and addressed to Secretary, Pox TO, Weraroa, with entrance money enclosed, name and ago at time of entry, pedigree npd performances of horse, also name owner and colours of rider. All jockevs to rido in costume and in colours nominated, otherwise a fine of 2 sovs will bo imposed. 3. When two or more, horses start the property of the same ownor a distinguishing colour must be worn. 4.
