PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Levin Borough Council at a meeting held on the Ist August, 1910, did make a "Special Order" as under "In pursuance and exercise of the powors vested in it in tltat behalf by "The Local Bodies Loans Act 1908," tho Levin Borough Council hereby resolves as follows: That for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £2200, being £10 per centum on Loans of £4000 and £1800 respectively, already raised by the said Levin Borough Council for the purpose of constructing waterworks, the said Levin Borough Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of one-eighth of a penny in the £ on the capital value of all rateable property in the whole of the said Borough of Levin, and that such Special Rate shall be an annual recurring Rate, and bo payable on the Ist day of September in each and every year during the currency of such loa.n, being a period of 36-} years, or until tho loan is fully paid off." It is also further notified that tho abovo Special Order will be confirmed at the ordinary meeting of the said Council to bo held in the Council Chamber, on Monday Evening, the oth September, at 8 o'clock P.
