That no entry will bo received for any race excepting on this condition -—That all disputes, claims and objections arising out of tho races shall bo decided by a majority of the stewards, or those they may appoint, and their decision upon all points connected with the carrvine ont of tho programme bo final. 2. All entries to bo sealed and addressed to Secretary, Box 10, Weraroa, with entrance money enclosed, name and no;e at time of entry, pedigree apd performances of horse, also name of owner and colours of rider. All jockeys to rido in costume and in colours nominated, otherwise a fine of 2 sovs. will be imposed. 3. When two or more horses start the property of tho same ownor a distinguishing colour must be worn. 4. All races to be run under the New Zealand Rules of Racing.
