iPEtt PRESS ASSOCIATION. J SYDNEY, August 20. Details of the action oT the Commonwealth Government against the alleged coal and shipping combine have been published. The claim sets out the vend agreement and claims that each and every one of the defendants -has been guilty of offences against the Anti Trust Act, and asks that they be convicted and lor each and every one of tho offences pay a penalty "of £500, or such a sum as the Court thinks proper, that an injunction he issued restraining them from repeating 01 continuing such: offences, or carrying out any contract or contracts and combination or combinations they have entered into.

MELBOURNE, August 2G. The legal representative of the shipping companies states that he not only represents the Companies mentioned in the action already initiated against the Coal Vend and Slapping Companies, hut also the I nion Co., against whom the Commonwealth will proceed! if successful in the initial action.
