A manifesto issued hv the So-iai Democratic League, and intended for distribution in native languages in Indlia, denounces the "monstrou: domination of Mritish despotism which has forced tili-e most submissive and peaceful race in the world into an Anarchist propaganda." The manifesto asserts that Mritish robbery and extortion liavo steadily impoverished India.
