That no entry will be received for any rnce excepting on tfyis condition '—That all disputes, claim? and objections arising out of tho races shall be decided by a majority of the. stewards, or those they mav appoint, and their decision upon all points connected with the carrvini! ont of tho programme shall bo final. 2. All entries to be sealed and addressed to Secretary, Box 10, Weraroa, with entrance money enclosed, name and a<re at time of entrv. pedigree and performances of liorso also name of owner and colours of rider. All jockevs to ride in costume, and in colours nominated, otherwise a fine of 2 sovs will he imposed. 3. When two or more horses start tho property of the same owner a distinrrnishing colour must be worn. 4. All races to be run tinder tho New Zealand Rules of Racine £ Horses walking will receive onlv half the staler. 6. No horse, whose, nomination ■and acceptance fees nre unpaid wiTl be allowed to start. 7. Entries by telegram must he confirmed in writing by the followin sr mail. 8. AN entries and nominatiom must be in tho hands of the Secretary at the time and place as advertised. HACK DEFTNTTTON— No horse shall start in any hack race which has at any time prior to the timf of entry won a race to the value of 100 sovs, or races of the aggregate value of 250 eovs to fh« winner.
