Men and Coloured Attire.
Tlio love of finery is supposed to bo exclusively a feminine weakness, but it would appear that this state of things is being gradually reversed, and it is said thai men are to hr more gay than ever in tlieij- attire this summer. We have yet to see what the bright months will briny. forth, and we are told that the "lord of creation" is to be more than ever a spectacle of variegated colours, with his bright-lined,"soft-fronted shirt and waistcoat, in gorgeous checked or striped colourings. and his light green suit. With gloves, hosiery, and ties, all of a similarly bizarre style, it almost looks as if "mere man" proposed U> eclipse woman, in the frivolous gaiety of his attire.—East London Advertiser.
