STRINGENT PRECAUTIONS IN FRANCM. [nv electric telegraph-copyright.] [per press association.] (Received This Dav, 8.50 a.m.) PARIS, August 21. Stringent precautions against cholera are being taken on the French frontiers and at seaport towns.

ROM 10, Auugst 21. Cholera is not spreading in Italy. Only six fresh cases arc reported and no deaths.
At Train five cases occurred and there were two deaths at Barletta.
All the patients at Aurin. BiseegHa and Bimonto arc progressing favourably.
