SPECIAL ORDER MAKING SPECIAL HATE. r BLTC NOTICE is hereby given blint tlio Levin Borough Council at a mooting held on the Ist Angus!., 1910, did make a "Special Order" as under:— ■ "in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by "Tlio Local Bodies Loans Act 1908," tlio Levin Borough Council hereby resolves as follows: That for the purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of ,02200, being £10 per centum on Loans of £4000 and £1800 respectively, already raised by the said Levin Borough Council for the purposo of constructing waterworks, tho said Levin Borough Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rato of one-eighth of a penny in the £ on tho capital value of all rateable property in the whole of the said Borough of Levin, and that such Special Rate shall be an annual recurring Rate, and be payable on tho Ist day of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36J venrs, or until the loan is fully paid off."
