Mir, I hove not a great deal to say about tlio roads of tbe Horowheniia district, but there is one road, "ailed tbe Gladstone road, which is in a diisgra.eo£u!l form. 1 notice this road is not so bad until it. gets as far as tbe settling tanks, because the councillors go' over this pail pretty often, but between the settling tanks and Mr Stiles' 'and the road is disgraceful.
