1. That no entry will bo received for any race excepting on this condition :—That all disputes, claims and objectionr arising out of the races shall bo decided by a majority of the stewards, or those- they mav appoint, and their decision upon all points connected with the carrying ont of the programme shall be final. 2. All entries to be sealed and addressed to Secretary, Box 10, Weraroa, with entrance money enclosed, name ace at time of entry, pedigree performances of horse. also name of owner and colours of rider. All jockeys to ride in costume and in colours nominated, otherwise a fine of 2 sovs will be imposed. 3. When two or more horses start the property of the same owner a distinguishing colour must bo worn. 4. All races to bo run under tTie New Zealand Rules of Racing. 5 Horses walking «™r will receive only half the staler 6. No horso whoso nomination and acceptance fees are unpaid wffi be allowed to start. 7. Entries by. telegram must dp confirmed in writing by tho following mail. 8. All entries and nomination* must be in tho hands of tho Secretary at the time and place as advertised. HACK DEFINITION.- No hoiw shall start in any hack race which has at any timo prior to the t\mt of entry won a race to the value- of 100 sovs, or races of the aggregate value of 250 sovs to the winner.
