That no entry will bo received for any race excepting on this condition:—That all disputes, claims and objections arising out of the races shall be decided by a majority of the stewards, or those they may appoint, and their decision upon all points connected with the carrying ont of the programme shall be final. 2. All entries to be sealed and addressed to Secretary, Box 10, Weraroa, with entrance money enclosed, name and sure at time of entry, pedigree npd. performances of horse, also name of owner and colours of rider. All jockeys to ride in costume and in colours nominated, otherwise a fine of 2 sovs will be imposed. 3. When two or more horses start the property of the same owner a distinguishing colour must be worn. 4.
