RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. That no entry will ho received for any race excepting on this condition :—That all disputes, claims and object-ions arising out of the races shall ho decided hy a majority of the stewards, or those they mav appoint, and their decision upon all points connected with the carrying ont of the programme shall ho final. 2. All entries to bo scaled and addressed to Secretary, Box 10, Weraroa, with entrance money enclosed, name nee at time of o-ptry, pedigree performances e-f horse also name of owner and colours of rider. All jockevs to ride in costume and in colours nominated, otherwise a fine of 2 sovs will he imposed. 3.. When two or more horses start the property of the same owner a diatinffinshing colour must he worn. 4.
