SPECIAL ORDER MAKING " SPECIAL RATE. pUBLIO NOTICE is hereby given -i- tha.t the Levin Borough Council at a meeting held on tho Ist August, 1910, {ii-.L make a "Special Order" as under:— "In pursuance and exercise of tho powers vested in it in that behalf by "Tho Local Bodies Loans Act 1908," tho Levin Borough Council hereby resolves as follows: That for tho purpose of providing interest and other charges on a loan of £2200, being ,ClO pur centum on Loans of £4000 and £1800 respectively, already raised by the said Levin Borough Council for the purpose of constructing waterworks, the said Levin Borough Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rato of onc-e-ighth of a penny in the £ on the capital value of all rateable property in tho whole of the said Borough of Levin, and that such Special Rate shall bo an annual recurring Rate, and bo payable on tho Ist day of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36$ years, or until the loan is fully paid off." It is also further notified that tho abovo Special Order will be confirmed at the ordinary meeting of the said Council to bo held in the Courcil Chamber, on Monday Evening, tho sth September, at 8 o'clock P.
