LEVIN BOROTJGH COUNCIL. SPECIAL ORDER MAKING SPECIAL RATE. TJUBLIC NOTICE is hereby grven -*- that the Lovin Borough. Council at a meeting held on the lsb August, 1910, did mnlco a "Special Order" as under:— "In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in. that behalf by "The Local Bodiea Loa.ns Act 1908," tlio Levin Borough Council hereby resolves as follows: That for the purpose of providing interest and othor charges on a loan of £2200, being €10 per centum on Loans of £4000 and £1800 respectively, already raised by the sand Levin Borough Council for the purpose of constructing waterworks, the said Levin Borough Council hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of ono-eighth of a penny in the £ on the capital value of all rateable property in the whole of the said Borough of Levin, and tliat such Special Rate shall bo an annual recurring Rate, amd bo payable on tho Ist day of September in each and overy year during the currency of such loaiii, being a period of 36J years, or unt.il the loan is fully paid off." It ia also further notified that tho abovo Special Order will bo confirmed at the ordinary meeting of the said Council to bo held in the Council Chamber, on Monday Evening, the sth Septembar, at 8 o'clock P.
