PUBLIC NOTICE ifi hereby givoft that the Levin Borough Council at a meeting held on the Ist August, 1010, did make a "Special Order" as under "lu pursuance and uxercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by "The Local Bodies Loans Act 1908," tho Levin Borough Council hereby resolves as follows: That for the purpose of providing interest: and other charges on a loan of £2200, being £10 per centum on Loans of £-1000 and £1800 respectively, already raised by the said Levin Borough Council for the purpose of constructing waterworks, ibo said Levin Borough (Jonneil hereby makes and levies a Special Rate of one-eighth of a penny in the' .£ on the capital value of all rateable property in the whole of the said Borough of Levin, and that such Special Hate shall be an annual recurring Rate, and bo payable on the Ist day of September in each and every year during the currency o ( such loan, being a period of JJIj.J--years, or until the loan is fully paid »ff."
