The time for receiving tendons for the right to graze cattle on the Recreation Ground, near the railway station, Levin, has been extended until Moclay next. On Friday, the Levin Land Agency and Auctioneering 00. will bold their usual sale of pigs and poultry at Levin. Some particularly choice Grade Jersey cows will bo submitted to auction at the same sale. On Saturday, itho Loviin La.nd Agency and Auctioneering Co. will sell, at their rooms, Levin, a good lassortment <rf fruit trees, etc., from the orchard "of 3Vtr Henry Newport. These trees are grafted on to two-year-old 'blight proof stock, which renders thorn practically immune from the ravages of orchard pests.
