A Youth's Offence.
[I'Elt I'KESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON. This Dav. At the Supreme Court to-dav Kenneth .McGregor, a youth, came up h>r sentence for indecent assault at Mai ton, and was admitted to probation owing to his youth. Hi.s Honour said that for two such offences, prisoner was liable to an indeterminable sentence.
