LONDON MARKET REPORT

Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having received the fallowing cabled advices from their London Office under date 22ml instant:— FROZEN MEAT. Lamb.—There is a fair demand, but owing to heavy arrivals prices are Jd to 3d lower. Mutton.—There is ft poor demand prices being weak at .last quotations. Chilled Reef.— Owing Ito light supplies prices are higher id to JdReef.—Priccs are id per lb higher, jukl there is a fair demand at these prices. Messrs Dalgety .ind Co., Ltd., report oil thenr Levin sale, held on. Friday as follows:-—We yarded IfiOO sheep and a good yarding of cattle. Ridding at audtion for aged ewes was licit brisk, but we afterwards made practically a total clearance at satisfactory prices, viz:—Lino of 000 'hoggets to las; cull hoggets. 0s fid: others, 3s -Id: cull ewes. -Is fid: to 7s; 2-tooth wethers, lis 8d ; lowconditioned wethers, 12s 3d; aged breeding ewes, 8s Id to 10s fid ; fat ewes, lfis 3d.
