Enormous damage has been oiaused by a hurricane accompanied by lightning and torrents of rain, in Western anul Southern Germany, ospecinlly at 'Nuremberg, Cologne, Essen, and Boim. ROME, July 24. A devastating storm has occurred in the district round Milan. .--A brick factory at Pokrio, in the Commune of Cnrinno Laghetto collapsed, and 14 "pi-sons wore killed and 20 injured. Several chimneys at Buslto lArsizio, 20 miles from Milan, fell, killing 10 persons. There wein? lo victims at M'osciano, three at Laroiins. and other fatalities occurred in the LoTlaralte district. The Prefect, with troops find firemen, has gone to ,tho chief centres of the disaster. Details are wanting, as the wires flire down.
