For United Kingdom, British Possessions and other places enumerated in schedule at Post Office Id for each oz or fraction thereof ; for places not named, 2Jd for each oz., and l§d for each succeeding oz. NEWSPAPERS. Within the Dominion, §d for each newspaper. To Australia, South Sea Islands, Canada, etc., each newspaper Id; to United Kingdom, Id by direct steamer, by other routes Id for first Bozs, and id each addi-
tionnl 2ozs. To other countries, for the first 4ozs Id, each additional 2oz id. The weight o'f newspapers for transmission to Australia and British New Guinea at the Id rate is restricted to 20ozs. for each copy; for each lOozs or fraction thereof additional id". MAGAZINES. Magazines (not registered), all places, Id each 2ozs. Magazines (registered), within the Dominion, Id for each 16ozs or fraction thereof ; Australia (except Queensland and West Australia), under 2ozs, Jd; 2ozs to 807.8, Id; each additional -lozs, id; Queensland, West Australia, and other places, Jd I'fich 2ojis.
POSTAL NOTES. Ono shilling, Is Gd, 2s, 2s 6d, |d; 3s and ss, Id; 10s up to 20s, 2d. COMMERCIAL PAPERS. Town (for accounts, etc., only), id if not exceeding ioz, or Id for first 4ozs, and id for each succeeding 2ozs. Inland, Id for first 4 ozs and Jd for each succeeding 2 ozs. All other places 2Jd for first lOozs, and id for each succeoding 2ozs. REPLY COUPONB. As a means of enabling th< sender of a letter addressed to a place abroad to prepay the postage on a reply, the Department issuei reply coupons on payment of a fee of 3d. These coupons may be exchanged for a postage stamp of the value of 2id in any country which adopts the scheme. HOOKS AND PRINTED PAPERS. All placcs, Jd for each 2ozs. MONEY ORDERS. Up to £5, 3d; ahove £5 to £10, Gil; above £10 to £15, 9d; above Cl 5 to £20, Is; above £20 to £25, Is 3d; above £25 to -30, Is 6d; above £30 to £35, Is 9d; above £35 to £40, 2s. British Postal Orders for fixed sums from 6d up to 20s may be procured at the principal Money Order Offices in New Zealand.
REGISTRATION. Universal fee of 2d to all plao©& The sender of a registered article may obtain acknowledgment of its due reccipt on payment in advance )f 2Jd. PATTERNS AND SAMPLES. Inland, not exceeding 2ozb, id, over sozs, same as for other places. All other places, not exceeding Bozs Id, every additional 2ozs id.
