Victorian delegates are visilbing West England. They had good meetings at Plymouth and Bristol, where they found many desirable colonists, hut poor attendances at Taunton and Exeter, the Canadian delegates having cleared the district. Mr Mead is confident Itihat he will obtaiin the requisite number of emigrants.
