For Unite* States of America, It for each oz. or fraction thereof (to include Pago Pago and Hawaiian Islands, Porto Rico and Alaska). For United Kingdom, British Possessions and other places enumerated in schedalo at Post Office Id for each oz or fraction thereof; for places not named, 2sd for each oz., and ljd for each succeeding oz. NEWSPAPERS. Within the Dominion, Jd for each newspaper. To Australia, South Sea Islands, Canada, etc., each newspaper Id; to United Kingdom, Id by direct steamer, by other routes Id for first Bozs, and Jd each additional 2ozs. To other countries, for the first 4ozs Id, each additional 2oz }d. The weight o'f newspapers for transmission to Australia and British New Guinea at the Id rate is restricted to 20ozs. for each copy; for each lOozs or fraction thereof additional id. MAGAZINES. Magazines (not registered), all places, Id each 2o?s. Magazines (registered), within the Dominion, Id for each 16ozs or fraction thereof; Australia (except Queensland and West Australia), under 2ozb, id; 2ozs to Bozs, Id; each additional 4ozs, id; Queensland, West Australia, and other places, Jd oaeh 2ozs. POSTAL VOTES. One shilling, Is fid, 2s, 2s 6d, id; 3s and ss, Id; 10s up to 20s, 2d. COMMERCIAL PAPERS. Town (for accounts, etc., only), id if not exceeding ioz, or Id foi first 4ozs, and id for each succeeding 2ozs. Inland, Id for first 4 ozs and id for each succeeding 2 ozs. All other places 2id for first lOozs, and id for each succeoding 2ozs. REPLY COUPONS. As a means of enabling th< sender of a letter addressed to t place abroad to prepay tho postage on a reply, tho Department issuet reply coupons on payment of a fet of 3d. These coupons may be exchanged for a postage stamp of the value of 2}d in any country which adopts the scheme. BOOKS AND PRINTED PAPERS. All places, id for each 2ozb. MONEY ORDERS. Up to £5, 3d; ahovo £5 to £10, Id; above £10 to £15, 9d; above £15 to £20, Is; above £20 to £25, ; Is 3d; above JCW to J3O, Is Gd; ■ above £30 to £35, Is 9d; above 1 £35 to £40, 2s. I British Postal Orders for fixed i sums from Gd up to 20s, may he procured at the principal Money Order Offices in New Zealand. REGISTRATION. Universal fee of 2d to all places.
