There is also a good demand tor store pigs at very satisfactory prices. Out of a. total en.try of 100 pigs at the local sale, our entry comprised 75 - which may he considered a. heavy yarding at this time of tlio yoar. We quote : —Baconors, to 52s ; choppers, to -Ms; heavy porkers, to lis ; medium to 25s Gd, 27s Gd to 30s; lighit, 225, 22s Gd, 23s Gd to 21s; forward stores, 15s, 15s Gd to 17s 3d; light stores, lis Gd to 13s; weaners, 5s Gd to 7s. Fowls, 2s to 3s; geese, 8s; pheasants. 5s Gd pair.
