The potato market is still weakeniing, and very little business is passing, in anticipation *>f further decline. The price of Canterbury onions is unchanged, but quality is now declining. Plickling onions arc in good demand. . Vegetables are in good demand, with better enquiry for swedes and marrows than lias been the case hitherto. Pie melons are wanted, and lettuce is specially enquired for. Fungus is in particularly keen enquiry, more so than for many year spas't. Apples are unchanged. Grapes and pears in first-class demand.
