At the Magistrate's Court to-day .lames .Mclntyre was reimuided on a charge of stealing from the Hotel Windsor a quantity of jewellery to the total value of £90, the property of -Airs Kirth. A sentence of three montihs' imprisonnie'iiit was im[)csed on Owen Patrick Rrosnahan, who was arrested with i.Mclnityre, charged with being an idle and disorderly person.
