NEW PLYMOUTH EXPRESS TRAIN. ACCIDENT AT KOPUTAROA. The New Plymouth mail ltrain, which loaves Wol liny ton at a otiarter to eight a.in., rail off tho metals south of Koputaroa sfkition this morning.
