Repealing certain By-bnv.s heretofore in force, Division of By-laws Interpretation Clauses and Penalties. PART 11. Rein ting to offences on Roiuls and Piiblio Places. PART 111. Regulating the use of Traction Engines -within 'the County. PART IV. Regulating the width of tyres to be used on vehicles plying for liiro or otherwise within the County in proportion to the number of wh/yels and weight of load. PART V. Regulating Heavy Traffic.
