PUBTJC NOTICE is hereby given "that t'tihe Horowhemua County Council, at a. Speoi.nl fleeting held on the 11th day of June, 1910, adopts dt.ho following Special Order:— That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf b.v " The Water Supply Act, 1908," the Hoiwvhenua County Council does hereby declare the following defined area to be a Walter Race District to lie designated The Horowhenua Water Race District Extension, and to lie -constituted; a Water Race District from and after the confirmation of this Special Order on the 9th' July, 1910: Commencing from the south western corner of section 4C of Hoiwhenua 134 No. 3, thence in a northerly direction along the western boundary of said section 40 to the northern boundary of same, thence along the northern' boundary to the Arapaepae Road, thence along the Ara.paepae road, to Macdonald. road on the Plan of the Arapaepae Estate sub-division, thence in am easterly direction along Macdonald road to the north eastern corner of section 28 on the said plan, thence along the north eastern boundaries of sections 28, 27, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34 and 3;j to the south eastern corner of section. 35, thence in a straight line t*o the starting point ait the south western corner of section 40'. A copy of this Special Order, which will he confirmed at a meeting of the Council, to be ill eld or. the 9th July, 1910, may be inspected at !tho County Office, Levin, during office hours, If.
