Repealing certain By-laws heretofore- in force. Division of By-laws Interpretation Clauses and Penalties. PART ir. Relating to offences on Roads and Public. Places. PART Iff. Regulating the use of Traction Engines within 'the County. PART TV. Regulating the width of tyres to be used on vehicles plying for hire or otherwise within the County in proportion to the nuiubiM , of whwls and weight of load. PART V. Regulating Heavy Traffic. A copy of these By-laws contained in the aforesaid Special Order, which will bo confirmed at a meeting of it'llo Council to be held on the 9th day of July, 1910, may be inspected at the County Office, Levin, during office hours.
