The bolts wore remlovod from a bridge at Lule Bourgcs, on the Oriental railway route. An express was thrown into the water, and a conductor was killed and nine persons injured. The outrage was directed agaimslt Mahmud Shevkot, who, however, changed his mind and came to Constantinople by steamer.
